Customer Service Representative — in Plentywood
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is now hiring a full-time Customer Service Representatives for the Plentywood Clinical Office.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting clients with admissions process, maintaining electronic health records, and maintaining confidentiality. Must have working knowledge of Montana Medicaid, Insurance and Sliding Fee Programs. CSCT (School Based) CLINICAL THERAPIST — in Worden, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is is seeking a full time, school based mental health therapist at the Huntley Project School. This position is responsible for providing mental health counseling to youth, adults, and groups in a rural school based mental health setting, conducting diagnostic interviews/assessments, and providing crisis intervention. $47,500.00 /year

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide mental health counseling to youth, adults, and groups; conduct diagnostic interviews with new clients; and provide crisis intervention;
• Consultation and cooperation with EMCMHC staff, area physicians, and other professionals as necessary in developing treatment plans for clients, client care coordination, and inpatient referrals when necessary;
• Visiting with school staff concerned about safety of school due to behavior of youth in their classes;
• Working with transitioning youth by assisting with coordinating of services necessary for their success;
• Assist teachers in maintaining safe, well run classrooms by teaching coping skills to struggling students or removing them from the classroom
QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s Degree required in Social Work or related field,
• PLUS one (1) year of demonstrated work experience in the mental health field;
• Possess Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor – LCPC, or possess the ability to obtain such License within two (2) years of employment
• Must possess a valid Montana Operator’s License

Residential Aides — in Miles City
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is now hiring Residential Aides for the Miles City Group Homes. Full and part-time positions available.
Residential Aides are responsible for the evening and weekend oversight of clients at EMCMHC group homes. Residential Aides will assist in maintaining a safe “Home Like” environment for residents. Candidate must possess people skills and the ability to work with those suffering severe mental illness. Starts at $14-$16/hour.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the public or mental health fields;
• Must have computer skills.

Peer Support Specialist — in Miles City
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center now hiring a Recovery Coach in Custer County.
This position is a full time hourly position with flexible days and hours to meet client needs. The candidates should identify as being in long term stable recovery from a mental health, substance use or addiction diagnosis.
Previous experience in peer support is not required but the ability to share your recovery story as an inspiration to others is. Extensive training is provided. Good communication and computer skills along with reliable transportation, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check are also required. Starts at $12-$15 per hour

Licensure preferred, but will consider Practitioners in Training. This position is responsible for providing mental health counseling and therapy to individuals of all ages, conducting diagnostic interviews/assessments, and providing crisis intervention. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides mental health counseling/therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages and diagnoses;
• Conducts diagnostic interviews/therapy with new clients;
• Provides crisis intervention during working hours, or when scheduled, or as needed;
• Maintains progress notes, treatment plans, and other records in accordance with EMCMHC policy while maintaining confidentiality requirements for patient privacy (i.e. HIPAA);
• May facilitate and fulfill Drug Treatment Court obligations, both scheduled or non-scheduled;
• Meets productivity standards to the best of ability, documents client contacts, care coordination, crisis/consult contacts, and community contacts, while maintaining a professional and ethical level of conduct according to standards of practice, EMCMHC policies, and state and federal policies;
• Attends staff meetings and peer reviews, team service and coordination meetings, in-service trainings and outside service training as provided.
• Travel to satellite offices as needed
