Customer Service Representative — in Sidney, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is seeking a FULL-TIME customer service Representative. This person would be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting clients with the admissions process, maintaining electronic health records, and maintaining confidentiality. Must have working knowledge of Montana Medicaid, Insurance, and Sliding Fee. Salary: $16.50/hr. – $17.50/hr
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must have ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Work is generally performed in an office
• Possess typing and computer skills
• One (1) year of demonstrated work experience in an office setting
• Must complete Credible EHR functionality and overview training within the first month of employment and maintain certification throughout employment
• Must possess Certification to enter SAMS records
• Must possess a valid Montana Operator’s License (If your own personal vehicle is used to transport any client, your vehicle must have insurance that will cover passengers)
• Physical requirements may require lifting up to 35 pounds (greater with assistance), bending, stooping, climbing steps, and prolonged sitting

Paraprofessional — in Miles City, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is hiring a full-time Paraprofessional. This role is part of the RCT multidisciplinary team and will support the team in serving clients diagnosed with SDMI. Salary: Starting at $16.50 – $19.50/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help clients develop a personal treatment plan
• Identify opportunities to provide support as clients work to achieve their recovery goals
• Assist clients with daily living functions in their home and in the community
• Meet with treatment team to develop effective support system, outreach and follow-up, and medication delivery
• Assist clients in menu planning, grocery shopping, socialization skills, personal hygiene skills, and housekeeping skills, including doing laundry (client’s responsibility with verbal assistance from the paraprofessional)
• Maintains required paperwork for assigned clients in accordance with EMCMHC policies and best practices
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Two years’ experience preferred
• Completion of CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), CPR, and First Aid training provided.
• Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
• Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per EMCMHC’s policies.
• Montana Driver’s License with a good driving record – required to transport clients while on work duty

AR Clerk — in Miles City, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk in Mile City. This person will be responsible for electronic insurance billing and client statements. They will post all cash receipts and may collaborate with satellite offices regarding billing procedures. They gather and complete all necessary paperwork to keep all EMCMHC/SADS clinicians certified with individual insurance companies and single case agreements. They may also provide backup for the CSRs and perform other duties as assigned. SALARY: $41,600 – $47,870 DOE
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduation from High School or its equivalent supplemented with advanced accounting and computer training; Two (2) year degree in accounting desired; PLUS
• Knowledge of Excel and Word programs and some demonstrated experience with finance preferred;
• Must complete Credible EHR functionality and overview training within the first month of employment and maintain certification throughout employment
• Must complete Credible Billing Certification within two (2) months of employment

Residential Aides — in Glendive, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is now hiring a part-time residential aide at 20+ hours/week, for the Glendive Group Home. This person will be responsible oversight of clients at EMCMHC group homes. This person will assist in maintaining a safe “Home Like” environment for residents. Candidate must possess people skills and the ability to work with those suffering severe mental illness. Starts at $16.75/hr – 19.75/hr. ($2/hour pay differential for weekend shifts.)
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduation from High School or its equivalent with a combination of education and experience in the public or mental health fields
