Residential Aides — in Glendive, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is now hiring a part-time residential aide at 20+ hours/week, Residential Aide for the Glendive Group Home. This person will be responsible oversight of clients at EMCMHC group homes. This person will assist in maintaining a safe “Home Like” environment for residents. Candidate must possess people skills and the ability to work with those suffering severe mental illness. Starts at $16.75/hr – 19.75/hr. ($2/hour pay differential for weekend shifts.)

CSCT (School Based) CLINICAL THERAPIST — in Miles City, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is seeking a full-time, school-based mental health therapist in the Miles City School District. (Schedule would be four 10-hour days or four 9-hour days plus 5 hours on the fifth day.)This position is responsible for providing mental health counseling to youth, adults, and groups in a rural school-based mental health setting, conducting diagnostic interviews/assessments, and providing crisis intervention. Licensure is preferred but they would consider a Practitioner In Training. Salary is based on licensure and experience, ranging from $60,000.00 to $72,500 per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide mental health counseling to youth, adults, and groups; conduct diagnostic interviews with new clients; and provide crisis intervention;
• Consultation and cooperation with EMCMHC staff, area physicians, and other professionals as necessary in developing treatment plans for clients, client care coordination, and inpatient referrals when necessary;
• Visiting with school staff concerned about safety of school due to behavior of youth in their classes;
• Working with transitioning youth by assisting with coordinating of services necessary for their success;
• Assist teachers in maintaining safe, well run classrooms by teaching coping skills to struggling students or removing them from the classroom
QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s Degree required in Social Work or related field,
• PLUS one (1) year of demonstrated work experience in the mental health field;
• Possess Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor – LCPC, or possess the ability to obtain such License within two (2) years of employment
• Must possess a valid Montana Operator’s License

Customer Service Representative — in Sidney, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is seeking a FULL-TIME customer service Representative. This person would be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting clients with the admissions process, maintaining electronic health records, and maintaining confidentiality. Must have working knowledge of Montana Medicaid, Insurance, and Sliding Fee. Salary: $16.50/hr. – $17.50/hr
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must have ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Work is generally performed in an office
• Possess typing and computer skills
• One (1) year of demonstrated work experience in an office setting
• Must complete Credible EHR functionality and overview training within the first month of employment and maintain certification throughout employment
• Must possess Certification to enter SAMS records
• Must possess a valid Montana Operator’s License (If your own personal vehicle is used to transport any client, your vehicle must have insurance that will cover passengers)
• Physical requirements may require lifting up to 35 pounds (greater with assistance), bending, stooping, climbing steps, and prolonged sitting
