SUD Care Manager — in Miles City
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is now hiring a full-time SUD Care Manager in Miles City. The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Care Manager works directly with people in addiction treatment or recovery. This work may also involve families and friends of the client. The SUD Care Manager also works with service providers, to engage resources and achieve coordination of care for a client.
Salary: $36,500 – $44,000 / yr. (DOE)
The SUD Care Manager does not focus on clinical work, but they must still be capable of responding in professional, ethical ways, including cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed best practices.
The SUD Care Manager must be able to
• Work with the client to create and maintain a service or recovery plan;
• Match the needs with available agency and community services;
• Assist people to access services;
• Use evidence-based or best practices;
• Live up to professional and ethical responsibilities;
• Complete necessary administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner;
• Advocate for the client with a variety of service providers; and
• Work with clients to establish a discharge plan to support their individual recovery.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree required with a preference in human service, social work, psychology, or sociology;
• Care or case management work experience not required but preferred; and
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Residential Aide — in Miles City
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is now hiring a full-time Residential Aide for the Miles City Group Homes. This person will be responsible for the evening and weekend oversight of clients at EMCMHC group homes. This person will assist in maintaining a safe “Home Like” environment for residents. Candidate must possess people skills and the ability to work with those suffering severe mental illness. Starts at $16.75/hr – 19.75/hr. ($2/hour pay differential for weekend shifts.)

Customer Service Representative — in Glasgow, MT
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is seeking a FULL-TIME customer service Representative. This person would be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting clients with the admissions process, maintaining electronic health records, and maintaining confidentiality. Must have working knowledge of Montana Medicaid, Insurance, and Sliding Fee. Salary: $16.50/hr. – $17.50/hr
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must have ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Work is generally performed in an office
• Possess typing and computer skills
• One (1) year of demonstrated work experience in an office setting
• Must complete Credible EHR functionality and overview training within the first month of employment and maintain certification throughout employment
• Must possess Certification to enter SAMS records
• Must possess a valid Montana Operator’s License (If your own personal vehicle is used to transport any client, your vehicle must have insurance that will cover passengers)

Treatment Coordinator — in Miles City
