Regional Opioid Project Manager — in Forsyth
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is looking for a Regional Opioid Project Manager in Forsyth, Montana. This person will serve as the temporary full time Regional Opioid Project Manager under the Opioid Education and Naloxone Distribution Program. This person would conduct outreach to 8 southeastern counties and tribes. The goals of the Project Manager is to reduce opioid overdose deaths, increase equitable access to naloxone, increase the number of individuals trained to administer naloxone. The Project Manager would integrate harm reduction philosophies in their region, increase awareness of prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery resources, as well as pilot the effectiveness of using a hub and spoke model for disseminating opioid education and naloxone. This position is a grant funded, temporary full-time position that will be reapplied for in September 2024. Salary: $48,110/yr
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND PERFORMANCE:
• Conduct outreach to each county and tribe within a region.
• Provide education, communication, and resources across the region.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing, to speak clearly, and possess people skills and have the ability to work with private and government agencies to coordinate services to the individual client and the public.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess high school diploma, with preference given to Bachelor’s level or advanced degree;
• Minimum of three (1) years of professional work experience in project management, finance, business management or related field with managerial experience preferred.

MACT Paraprofessional — in Sidney
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center in Sidney, Montana is seeking a full time MACT Paraprofessional. This position is member of the MACT multidisciplinary team who will assist a multi-disciplinary MACT team to serve clients who have a diagnosed SDMI. Salary: Starting at $17.50/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help clients develop a personal treatment plan
• Identify opportunities to provide support as clients work to achieve their recovery goals
• Assist clients with daily living functions in their home and in the community
• Meet with treatment team to develop effective support system, outreach and follow-up, and medication delivery
• Assist clients in menu planning, grocery shopping, socialization skills, personal hygiene skills, and housekeeping skills including doing laundry (client’s responsibility with verbal assistance from the paraprofessional)
• Maintains required paperwork for assigned clients in accordance with EMCMHC policies and best practices
• Must be willing to work rotating weekdays and weekends
EDUCTION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Two years’ experience preferred
• Completion of CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), CPR, and First Aid training provided.
• Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
• Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per EMCMHC’s policies.
• Montana Driver’s License with good driving record – required to transport clients while on work duty

Paraprofessional — in Glendive
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center in Glendive, Montana is seeking a full time Paraprofessional. This position will work directly with clients in EMCMHC’s day treatment setting, assist with client medical appointments and serve as a back-up customer service representative when needed. It is anticipated that 80% of this position’s time will be dedicated to direct client care.

Residential Aides — in Glendive
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center is now hiring Residential Aides for the Glendive Group Homes. Full-time positions are available. Residential Aides are responsible for the evening and weekend oversight of clients at EMCMHC group homes. Residential Aides will assist in maintaining a safe “Home Like” environment for residents. Candidate must possess people skills and the ability to work with those suffering severe mental illness. Starts at $17.75 – 19.75/hr ($2/hour pay differential for weekend shifts.)

Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Manager — in Miles City
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center in Miles City, Montana is seeking a full time Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Manager. This person is to ensure EMCMHC continual quality improvement plan is maintained, updated and followed to ensure service and operational objectives are achieved, in compliance with state, federal and local laws and rule. Salary: $60,000 – $70,000/year
Specific Responsibilities
Clinical Quality:
Works with EMCMHC’s Clinical QA/Evaluator and clinical staff and office managers to:
1. Interprets and implements quality assurance standards
2. Collaborates on manuals to include: Clinical, Program, Quality Assurance and Leadership
3. Provides monitoring for preventive and corrective actions, includes ability to recommend disciplinary action
4. Identifies training needs and organizes training interventions to meet quality standards
5. Monitors risk management activities
6. Reviews client grievances and complaints
7. Supports and monitors outcome measures model
8. Reviews client incident reports and recommends procedural and/or clinical policy changes
Audits/Surveys:
1. Conducts and/or oversees agency and program audits: DPHHS; SURS; Division of Quality Assurance; VA
2. Coordinates and supports on-site service audits conducted by external providers
3. Prepares reports for Leadership to communicate outcomes of quality activities and develops response for formal audits
4. Evaluates audit findings and work with team members to implement appropriate corrective actions
5. Collaborates with Leadership regarding audit processes and results
QUALIFICATIONS
• BA or BS in appropriate discipline
• Experience with Continual QI/QA measuring and testing
• Working knowledge of quality system requirements
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Project Management, and Analytics software

Outpatient Mental Health Therapists (on-site not tele) — in Miles City, Glendive, Glasgow, and Sidney.
Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center in Miles City, Glendive, Glasgow, and Sidney, Montana is seeking a full time experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor – LCPC. This position is responsible for providing Integrated Behavioral Health services which includes mental health counseling and therapy to individuals of all ages, conducting diagnostic interviews/assessments, and providing crisis intervention in a hospital based setting. Relocation assistance available. ***EMCMHC is a member of the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program. Salary: $72,500/yr; after 5 consecutive years with this agency: $82,500/yr
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides mental health counseling/therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages and diagnoses;
• Conducts diagnostic interviews/therapy with new clients;
• Provides crisis intervention during working hours, or when scheduled, or as needed;
• Maintains progress notes, treatment plans, and other records in accordance with EMCMHC policy while maintaining confidentiality requirements for patient privacy (i.e. HIPAA);
• Meets productivity standards to the best of ability, documents client contacts, care coordination, crisis/consult contacts, and community contacts, while maintaining a professional and ethical level of conduct according to standards of practice, EMCMHC policies, and state and federal policies;
• Attends staff meetings and peer reviews, team service and coordination meetings, in-service training and outside service training as provided.
• Travel to satellite offices as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s Degree required in Social Work or related field;
• Will consider applicants with Master’s degrees who are in need of supervision;
• Possess Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor – LCPC Certification, or ability to obtain such License or Certification within two (2) years of employment;
